Ken Dillingham has personally been working with homeowners associations since 1986, totaling over a quarter of a century of experience.

Additionally, the firm is active in common interest subdivision industry organizations like Community Association Institute. Since California laws governing common interest subdivisions are constantly changing, we keep abreast of current events and trends with continuing legal education and active participation in legislative committees.

Our goal is to use our experience and knowledge to resolve questions and issues for our homeowner association clients in an expeditious and cost effective manner. Concerns are often much easier and less expensive to resolve at an initial stage before they escalate into major problems.
